Sprint reviews are often misunderstood as mere demonstrations of the latest product increment. However, this perception barely scratches the surface of the event's true purpose. Just calling it a demo anchors the perception of what it is and will unlikely attract the right audience. I wouldn’t say I like the name Sprint Review as it undermines Sprint’s purpose, and it looks like a mere review of the Scrum Teams' works.

For years, in the PSM training, we have described the sprint review as much bigger and highlighted its true purpose.  If I were to give the event a better name, I would have called it “Product Review” or “Product Review and Strategy Planning”.
