It's time to break free from the outdated and insensitive term 'stand-up' in Agile. The notion that everyone must stand is unrealistic and disrespectful to those with disabilities. As a community that prides itself on people, psychological safety, empathy and values, we must choose a language that is inclusive and respectful of all. Let's rise above this narrow-minded thinking and embrace a truly inclusive view for everyone!
