For Scrum teams, I use the Daily Scrum which is its official name. That can be a mouthful so I often shorten it to 'Daily'. Daily also works for non Scrum teams.

I would avoid anything with 'status' too as that is not the intent of the meeting.
The most important thing is not the name, but more the intent of the event. That is having the right conversations. I only suggest choosing a name that is inclusive and non offensive.
